ScopX ("the app") is developed by morrDigitalCo. This privacy policy explains how ScopX collects, uses, and protects user information.

Information We Collect

ScopX may access the following on your device:

• Location (GPS): Used to show your position, compute raycasts, and plan stalk routes.
• Camera: Used to capture images of spotted targets.
• Compass and Motion Sensors: Used for directional targeting and terrain visualization.
• Firebase Authentication: Used for optional account login and subscription access control.
• Device Storage: All user settings, target data, preferences, and downloaded maps are stored locally on your device. We do not store or sync this data externally.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to enable features in the app, including:

• Target tracking and terrain analysis
• Saving local settings and maps for offline use
• Managing premium feature access for subscribers

We do not collect personal data, sell it, or share it with advertisers.

Third-Party Services

ScopX uses the following trusted third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication – for secure user login
• RevenueCat – for managing subscriptions and payments
• Google Play – for app distribution and billing

Payments and Subscriptions

The app is free to download on the Google Play Store.

Optional premium features are available via in-app subscription, handled securely through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. We do not store any payment details ourselves.

Children’s Privacy

ScopX is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Choices

You can disable certain permissions in your device settings, though some features may not work without them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
