By downloading or using ScopX (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MorrDigital LLC (“Licensor”) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any device you own or control in accordance with these Terms and the App Store or Google Play rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the App.
ScopX may collect limited technical information (for example, device model, OS version, crash data) to improve performance and deliver updates. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by each platform’s store policies. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The App may display or link to third-party maps, weather, or data sources (“External Services”). MorrDigital LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any External Services, and you use them at your own risk.
Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. MorrDigital LLC may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MORRDIGITAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORRDIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PAID FEATURES IN THE PRECEDING SIX MONTHS.
You agree not to export or re-export the App to any country or person prohibited under United States law. You represent that you are not located in a U.S. embargoed country or on any restricted-party list.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). If required by Apple policy, the relationship between you and Apple is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
